Burger Tyme’s Cajun Blaze Seasoning was created by Braxton I. Moody, IV and was originally used to season the famous Cajun Blaze (hamburger), Bon Temps Poulet (sandwich), and Cajun fries. The iconic seasoning is great on everything and pairs well with proteins, vegetables, and/or gravy.
Burger Tyme now offers the Cajun Blaze Seasoning in two variations:
- Cajun Blaze – Original, Epicé is both extra spicy and low salt.
- Cajun Blaze – All-Purpose includes additional salt and used as a season-all.
