Burger Tyme was established in Lafayette, Louisiana during the late 1980’s and went on to contribute one of the area’s favorite hamburgers of all time. Braxton I. Moody, IV originally created the delightful Cajun Blaze Seasoning in his kitchen, while raising five children and deciding what to do with vacant real estate during one of Lafayette’s worst economic downturns (1980’s oil bust). Out of necessity, the legend was born.

Burger Tyme‘s famous Cajun Seasoning is back! The Cajun Blaze Seasoning is available for purchase and can now be enjoyed in the comfort of your home. Our Cajun seasoning is made in Louisiana from all natural ingredients.

Burger Tyme’s all-purpose seasoning was originally used on the Cajun Blaze hamburgers, Bon Temps Poulet chicken sandwiches, and Cajun fries. It is great on everything and also pairs well with vegetables. We also offer the Epicé, low-salt version, which was originally used to create Burger Tyme’s famous Cajun caramelized onions.
