The Cajun Blaze was a staple in my diet at least once a week. When I read that they were re-opening a store locally I was excited. It was several weeks after their opening before I got to visit. When we got there, the place was empty, which was a shame because I know the owner went to great expense to launch this place. The store was nice, the old Wendy’s that I remember visiting many,many years ago as a child was very nostalgic. The atmosphere seemed abandoned because we were alone, and the Blaze just didn’t meet up to my anticipation. I felt a little let down. However, because the local owners went to such lengths to bring the place back at our request, I’m going to chalk this one up as more on me. Maybe I was having a down day and couldn’t get into the experience, so I’m not going to give up on the place, I’m going to return when I’m a more festive mood and try it again hoping for better luck. And I’d like to thank the owners for their venture. I think it’s so important for us as a community to support our local small businesses. I will be back again soon hopefully with tastebuds fully intact!read less

It was very chill, and quiet with some low energy music which was perfect for our easily overstimulated children. When they say spicy they mean it too, I got the poulet sandwich (chicken) and the outer layer was a little pinkish from all that cayenne. It was so good. Very good portions, too, I only ate half my sandwich and that’s unheard of anywhere else I go, totally justifying the 8 dollar price tag. There are cheaper options as well if you’re eating on a budget. It’s worth your money, though, if you want some good quality food but fast. So fast! We had just finished getting our drinks and sat down when they called out our order. Everything was very flavorful and juicy, and they had the best fries!! My partner got the double burger classic and loved it, he said it was even better than grub burger, and he’s picky when it comes to a good burger. The manager Mr Joseph was the cherry on top, though, he was so kind and considerate but not in a fake way, this was a genuine gentleman and I can tell that place runs so well because of his leadership. He even waved us down on our drive out to let us no we had a burnt parking light. The place was so clean, too!! Just a great experience all around.read less
