The original Cajun Blaze Seasoning by Burger Tyme
Our Cajun seasoning is made in Louisiana from all natural ingredients. No MSG or gluten added. The all-purpose seasoning was originally used on the Cajun Blaze hamburgers, Bon Temps Poulet chicken sandwiches, and Cajun fries. It is great on everything and also pairs well with vegetables. The Original Cajun Blaze Seasoning, Epicé is both low salt and extra spicy. It is not recommended to over season food with this product, as it may cause you to breath fire (not really, but it’s hot). It is a great low-salt option to spice up your food, and many chefs add it while cooking to control the amount of salt in their dish. It is a must when preparing Burger Tyme’s original caramelized onions.
Burger Tyme was established in Lafayette, Louisiana during the late 1980’s and went on to contribute one of the area’s favorite hamburgers of all time. Braxton I. Moody, IV originally created the delightful Cajun Blaze Seasoning in his kitchen, while raising five children and deciding what to do with vacant real estate during one of Lafayette’s worst economic downturns (1980’s oil bust). Out of necessity, the legend was born.

We use the original (spicy) to caramelize onions and on our seafood, and we use the regular on everything else, and it’s amazing.

I took a chance and ordered the Cajun Blaze to give it a try. I had it at my door in Florida in a couple days. Since arrival I have used this seasoning on almost every single dish I’ve had at home. I am blown away by the flavor and taste of Cajun Blaze. They definitely have a new customer for life!
