We are excited to announce the return of the original Bon Temps Poulet salad/sandwich and Prime Tyme burger. The much anticipated menu items were delayed by supply chain issues due to the global pandemic, however, the wait is over! Burger Tyme’s wood burning, mesquite grill is ready to fire up and serve Acadiana’s favorite chicken salad and sandwich, as well as, the original flame-grilled steak burger.
Acadiana can now, once again, enjoy the taste of the past. The Bon Temps Poulet Sandwich is a spicy, mesquite grilled chicken breast, fully dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, honey mustard, and topped with caramelized onions. The Bon Temps Poulet Salad utilizes a sliced, mesquite grilled chicken breast that is set on a bed of lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, croutons, shredded cheese, roasted pecans, and served with Burger Tyme’s custom honey mustard dressing.
Just when you thought the famous Cajun Blaze couldn’t get any better, Burger Tyme now offers a juicy, deeply flavorful, steak-burger. The Prime Tyme burger is cooked over mesquite wood and served fully dressed with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, premium condiments, and topped with spicy, caramelized onions and a butter toasted bun. C’est bon!
Burger Tyme’s menu has also been expanded to include a grilled cheese, 100% Angus beef hotdog that is deep-fried to create a crispy outside, while maintaining a juicy inside, and a BLT that is served with three slices of thick-cut bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, Hellmann’s mayonnaise, and buttered Texas toast.
