Feedback

Burger Tyme is committed to giving back, and we are happy to announce that we raised $200 that will be used to empower abused children in our area. We hope to continue to impact such charities, as we go forward. We also ceased all additional orders during this event, as soon as we noticed our short comings, and donated the remaining burgers* to feed the less fortunate and homeless.

As we strive for perfection, we may fall short at times, but we promise to do better. Pop-up events, by nature present many challenges. Our team not only adjusts our operations to new staff and kitchen layouts, but each event inherits a unique set of challenges. We balance these challenges, while refusing to compromise on Burger Tyme’s high quality standards and doing our best to meet demand.

Your feedback is important to us. Please let us know about your experience and help us better serve you.

*Burger Tyme’s quality standards require that all burgers are prepared fresh, never frozen, for each pop-up event.

We are currently making operational changes and negotiating a location for our next pop-up event, which will be limited to a small number of Cajun Blazes and fries to ensure quality. Please join our newsletter to be amongst the first to know about it.
