Burger Tyme now offers the Cajun Blaze Seasoning in two variations:
- Cajun Blaze – Original, Epicé is both extra spicy and low salt. It’s hot, cher!
- Cajun Blaze – All-Purpose includes additional salt and used as a season-all. C’est bon!

Burger Tyme’s All-Purpose seasoning was originally used on the Cajun Blaze hamburgers, Bon Temps Poulet chicken sandwiches, and Cajun fries. It is great on everything and also pairs well with vegetables. C’est bon!
We also offer the Original Cajun Blaze (Epicé, low-salt), which is used to create Burger Tyme’s famous Cajun caramelized onions and is an extra-spicy, low-salt alternative to the all-purpose version. When adding to meals, a little goes a long way. It’s hot, cher!
