Burger Tyme was founded in Lafayette, Louisiana in 1987 by Braxton I. Moody IV. During the economic challenges of the 1980s oil bust, Moody created the original Cajun Blaze seasoning in his kitchen while raising five children and searching for new opportunities. What started as a simple idea to create a better burger flavor quickly became one of the region’s most memorable tastes.

Today, that same iconic Louisiana seasoning is available for everyone to enjoy. Bring home the flavor that started it all!
